Position applies scientific principles to design, structure development, machines, tools, systems, or manufacturing processes.

We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.
Our Facility in Carson, CA is our EngineeredProducts Group location, which houses our Human Machine Interface, MotionControl Device, Radiofrequency Departments.
Job Summary
- Completes Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Notice (ECN) documentation and presents proposed changes for approval at Change Control Board (CCB) meetings.
- Creates detailed drawings in accordance with standard engineering drafting practices.
- Creates 3D models of parts, assemblies, and outline dimensions using SolidWorks.
- Contributes design modifications to facilitate design for manufacture (DFM).
- Perform other duties as required.
- Combines various details from sketches and drawings to make required calculations.
- Performs tolerance analysis.
- Checks drawings versus the project input for correctness and conformance to standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer usage and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SolidWorks; AutoCAD a plus.
Required Experience and Education
- Due to U.S. export regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person to be eligible for hire.
- Candidate must be currently pursuing/ working toward a BS or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related technical field(s) from an accredited College or University.
