Mechanical Design Engineer - Product Design Architecture

In this position, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of Mac and iPad devices. We will work closely within our product design team to develop ground-breaking core technologies that will surprise and delight our customers. The same passion for innovation that goes into our products also applies to our practices - strengthening our commitment to leave the world a better place. Since we are inventing entirely new product forms and features, you will be interacting with engineers across many disciplines in the company. The ‘Characterization and Advanced Prototyping’ team defines new test methods to gather data about potential design solutions in order to define performance metrics and requirements to create reliable products for the customer. Our team is passionate about systems thinking: Breaking complex technologies down to their fundamental components.
