Our Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in various tasks such as user acquisition, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels such as paid search, social media, and display advertising.
• Assist in funnel optimization to increase user retention and revenue
• Manage the office space
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and target markets.
• Collaborate with the team to design and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Support the team in data analysis, reporting, and SEO.

Requirements:

• Edit short-form video projects for social media channels
• (Preferred) Bilingual in Korean (Work Proficiency level) and English
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with paid search, social media, and display advertising
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
• Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Title and Compensation:

• Actual hourly rate are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
• The hourly rate for this position is between $25.00 - $28.00
• This is an entry-level internship position, and no prior professional experience is required. However, candidates with previous marketing experience or related coursework will be given preference.
