Demonstrated project leadership potential, managing workstreams and small teams of cross-functional colleagues with varying backgrounds and skillsets.

Basic understanding of finance and P&L implications of any strategy

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, sufficient to address Global BU Leadership and external audiences.

Primary Care: Encompasses Vaccines including COMIRNATY, Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine, Internal Medicine, and anti-virals including PAXLOVID, Pfizer’s Covid treatment.

Specialty Care and Oncology: Encompasses Inflammation & Immunology, Rare Disease, Hospital and Oncology franchises, including Breast, Lung, Renal, Hematology, etc.

Previous work experience at a startup is a bonus

Strong organizational skills and high attention to details

Enrolled in a US MBA program

Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and target markets.

Analyze and report on campaign performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
