Job Description


Onin Staffing is immediately hiring for Mattress Assemblers!


  • Shift is Monday- Friday 4pm- 1am
  • Must be able to pass a LV3 Background
  • Pay is $17/hr
  • Growth opportunities


What You'll Do


  • Inspect mattress components and finished units for unacceptable flaws or structural defects
  • Perform all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures and maintains workstation in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
  • Prepares and organizes components for final assembly and restock raw materials at point of use
  • Assemble mattress units per established work instructions using a variety of pneumatic tools (e.g. c-ring hog-ring guns, staple guns, hot glue guns)


Work Experience


The Preferred Candidate Might


  • Have experience with pneumatic tools
  • Be able to lift up to 120lbs
  • Have experience in working in a manufacturing environment
