Description/Job Summary
- Provided for all newly recruited employees with a general understanding of the Company's organization, culture, benefits, and rules, and regulations. Program administered by Personnel Department.
- Provided to ensure that each employee fully understand his or her job responsibility and the correct procedure(s) to carry out his or her daily routines smoothly and efficiently. Technical training is to identified by department Manager.
- All employees are required to take designated courses; courses are designed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any abnormal quality.
- Report any unsafe conditions; hazards.
- Must have regular, reliable attendance, and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
- Complies with all written and verbal safety rules of the plant.
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
- Package finished goods properly for shipment to customer.
- 5S program - complete housekeeping assignments.
- Responsible for quality is assigned area including proper QC procedures.
- Hand tools.

- Hearing, perceiving the nature of sounds with no less than a 40 db. loss @ 500Hz, 1000Hz, and 2000Hz with or without correction. Ability to receive verbal communication and to make fine discriminations in sound, such as when making fine adjustments on machined parts.
- Pulling, using upper extremities to exert force in order to drag, haul, or tug objects in a sustained motion.
- Balancing, maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces.
- Kneeling, bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knee.
- Lifting, rising objects from lower to higher position, or moving objects horizontally from position. Degree of lifting: 5-50 lbs.
- Fingering, picking, pinching, typing, or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than the whole hand or arm as in handling.
- Reaching, extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. Example: giving signal, reaching for material or handles on item
- Pushing, using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward.
- Repetitive motions, substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and / or fingers. Example: Filing, sorting mail, starting ignition of machinery.
- Walking, moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances.
- Grasping, applying pressure to an object with fingers and palm.
- Talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word. Via face to face or telephone.
- Feeling, perceiving attributes of objects such as size, shape, temperature, or texture by touching with skin, particularly that of fingertips.

- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
