Marketing Specialist And Graphic Designer

What Are We Looking For

Multiplymii is in search of a Marketing Specialist and designer . You will be working with our LA-based client, a performance-oriented digital marketing agency whose goal is to bring the digital growth strategies of the largest companies in the world to their clients.

We are looking for someone who can execute our stakeholders’ marketing vision and bring in their own experience as a marketing and graphic design expert.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

• Designing and creating digital marketing materials including social media ads, organic social media posts, website content, digital brochures, billboards, and pamphlets to promote products or services
• Research and analyze ad content from various brands to identify variables that drive engagement on social media
• Preparing concepts and templates to identify possible approaches to maximize design bottlenecks in content creation
• Creating high-quality finished artwork, such as brochures, business cards, advertisements, or website designs from start to finish
• Meet with digital marketing strategists to gather information about client's business needs, objectives, and target audience
• Using computer software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator and Canva to create original artworks or modify existing ones to meet specific design requirements
• Making revisions to concept drawings based on the marketing team’s or client's feedback or other considerations, such as legal requirements or technical limitations processes
• Developing visual concepts and designing advertisements that effectively communicate with target audiences
• Reviewing design concepts with clients to obtain feedback and refine designs as needed

About You

Core qualifications:

• Computer Savvy can work on various tools and software.
• Should be detail-oriented, flexible, and a good team player.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Eye for detail and strong creative instincts in order to create effective designs that resonate with our audience.
• Experience in Canva and Adobe Suite
• Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines
• 2+ years of work experience in Graphic Design
• Marketing background/interest in addition to some technical skills) experience
• Experience in design (aesthetics and branding)
• A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects (if applicable)
• Interest in fashion and/or e-commerce is a plus
• Ability to analyze psychological components of content that work best to drive engagement and sales in the digital landscape of fast-moving social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) and high-volume e-commerce websites
• Experience in enhancing content and designs in an Ecommerce environment
• Expertise in web marketing designing practices.
• Knowledge of video editing is preferred
• Keen understanding of Social Media algorithms and formats that are available to be used on Social Media
• Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines.
