As a Marketing & Social Media Intern at Veto Athletic, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing efforts and building our brand presence. This is not your typical internship – it's an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity and innovative ideas to the table. You will have the freedom to experiment, test new strategies, and contribute to our startup culture of exploration and growth. This internship will allow you to gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and managing social media platforms while making a real impact on our success

• Develop and execute out-of-the-box marketing campaigns that capture the attention of our target audience.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing initiatives.
• Test and analyze marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and drive data-based decision-making. Campaign budget you will get to run ads with on Tik-Tok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Bonus: Experience in photography and the ability to capture compelling visuals for social media content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the game.
• Stay on top of the latest social media trends and leverage them to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
• Embrace the startup culture and contribute to a positive, energetic, and dynamic work environment.
• Create engaging and visually captivating content for social media platforms, including Instagram & Facebook.
• Be the voice of Veto Athletic on social media, interact with our community, and turn followers into brand advocates.

• Familiarity with content creation tools and software, such as Canva.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Positive attitude, openness to experimentation, and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for the sports industry and an eagerness to learn about sports equipment.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and meet deadlines.
• Passion for social media platforms and a deep understanding of their mechanics and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a touch of creativity and wit.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and concepts.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and take risks.
