Job Description

Our client, a well-known beauty and skincare brand, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in New York!


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee annual media budget
  • Lead national brand advertising strategy
  • Maintain relationships with our media agencies
  • Negotiate with vendors
  • Manage full funnel advertising from concept to execution
  • Manage media performance reporting
  • Execute campaigns across digital channels


Qualifications:

  • Must have experience managing budgets and driving high ROI campaigns
  • 5-7+ years experience in digital or performance marketing
  • Project management skills
  • Strong experience working with performance marketing metrics
  • Experience in beauty is a huge plus
  • Strong communicator with great presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented
