Amazon Business Canada is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of the Amazon's B2B business. You will be responsible for the merchandising of products on the website, owning the launch and maintenance of storefronts, curating selection, and driving traffic. You will work closely with Marketing leads worldwide to experiment and leverage B2B storefronts and selection strategies.

Launched in October of 2019, Amazon Business Canada is applying the same entrepreneurial and innovative approach that delivered the Amazon.ca shopping experience, new technologies, products (like our Amazon Echo, Kindle e-readers, and tablets), and enterprise services (like Amazon Web Services). In This Role, You Will


  • Set the marketing direction and build impactful B2B storefronts
  • Present your results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders.
  • Develop an unified cross-channel strategy that aims to hit plan, and build more velocity and efficiency in our Self-Service and Sales channels
  • Own and manage merchandising process
  • Develop and champion bold and creative ideas


Key job responsibilities


  • Execute shopping events for CA marketplace including high engagement events such as Prime Day, holiday etc.
  • Plan and execute new storefront creation for relevant B2B selection
  • Develop a year round calendar of onsite engagement strategy
  • Own reporting performance metrics on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to the leadership
  • Own the content refresh and marketing campaign execution for Homepage
  • Partner with the central marketing team to localize new feature launches


A day in the life


  • Prepare weekly performance reports
  • Develop marketing campaign using Amazon internal tools
  • Meet with the Central Marketing team on a weekly basis
  • Partner with the vendor managers and seller managers to market new selection.

Basic Qualifications


  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 2+ years of working with creative teams, content managers and marketers to bring brand promise to life experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements


Preferred Qualifications


  • 2+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
