Overview
The Marketing Coordinator is instrumental in developing and executing marketing initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes across the organization. The Marketing Coordinator assists in the development and execution of internal and external activation campaigns, promotions, market research and internal brand stewardship. The position reports to the department director and provides additional support to the overall marketing team.

  • Help develop budgets and track and manage expenses for assigned projects and programs.
  • Coordinate and implement the execution of marketing plans with an emphasis on growing revenues, acquiring new audiences and creating the best-in-class fan experience.
  • Manage cultural marketing program while also developing positive relationships with local influencers to support organizational goals.
  • Support advertisement of stadium events including radio, television, digital and outdoor coverage.
  • Closely monitor and report on market trends, key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Coordinate market research and measurement.
  • Coordinate the club’s activation of NFL league-wide marketing initiatives.
  • Provide project management on key internal organizational initiatives to drive sales, partner activations, registrations, awareness and/or participation.
  • Coordinate paid campaigns to support key organizational initiatives.
  • Manage the club’s institutional (owned) advertising assets including radio, television, digital and outdoor, including writing and managing copy for advertising (reads, promos, commercials).
Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge of event related production and implementation is helpful.
  • Basic software (Microsoft and Adobe platforms preferred)
  • Previous marketing, advertising/brand management experience is required.
  • The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • The ability to complete physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing stairs, being able to adapt to the climate and being on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • A demeanor to conduct themselves professionally with the ability to interact with our fans, athletes and executive front office.
  • The ability to think and work in a creative atmosphere and share ideas openly.
  • Strong organizational and communication (Written and Verbal) skills
  • Ability and desire to work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as well as regular business hours
  • Project management skills
