The Marketing Coordinator position will report to MB’s Creative Director and will help with advancing, coordinating, contributing to, and supporting a broad range of marketing development activities. This position involves continuous professional development and initiative, team involvement, and support for MB’s core truths. This position works closely with leaders of McGohan Brabender, especially the Chief Marketing Officer, to coordinate communication, create new solutions, and accomplish the desired goals of the company.
Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Stays up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep MB’s marketing strategies innovative and effective.
  • Helps conduct marketing research and analysis to identify key trends and insights.
  • Develop client and member-facing engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct new client onboarding to explain and promote MB’s value-added services and available programs.
  • Support sales and service teams with marketing needs.
  • Provides department and special project support as needed.
  • Supports the marketing department’s initiatives by helping plan, execute, and track programs and strategic plan programs.
  • Works closely with Chief Marketing Officer to research, vet, create, implement, and track marketing projects and company initiatives.
Skills & Experience Requirements
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategies and ability to utilize social media platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage project development
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
  • Demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as web page design (HTML, CSS)
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills; ability to adapt to varying audiences
