What you’ll do:

Marketing Assistants at Austin Promotions are at the forefront of what we do. Our marketing events team is responsible for increasing brand awareness, promoting products/ services and gaining new customers for our clients. The role is a great opportunity to get back out there and meet people in person; build relationships face-to-face and make tangible connections. You will be representing our clients' brands at promotional events, building excitement around their products and services, answering questions and registering interested clients.

We provide training and development for all Marketing Assistants here at Austin Promotions so no prior experience is required. Some of the ways this role will support the marketing events team are:

• Provide daily and weekly data to the marketing manager
• Collaborate with the team on ways to attract new customers
• Provide a friendly, positive experience to all of our clients’ potential customers
• Help with onboarding new team members
• Participate in sales activities when signing up new customers
• Help set up promotional events at our promotional sites

Marketing Assistant Key Requirements

• Presentation skills; public speaking
• Friendly outgoing personality
• Ability to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
• Desire to make an impact and build value from day one
• Go getter attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to start work in 2-4 weeks
