This is a full-time, remote, Direct Hire role based in the New York Metropolitan Area
(NY commutable preferred)
Salary is $170,000 - $190,000/ per year, based on experience.

Servant Leaders apply here! Our non-profit industry client is hiring a Marketing Communications Executive (VP) to lead their team in New York. The ideal person will collaborate with key stakeholders to create and implement marketing and communications strategies that promotes and aligns with the organization’s mission, raises awareness, and supports supports fundraising initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive marketing strategy to meet goals and ensure ROI
- Lead a growing team and build a positive collaborative culture that focuses on continued learning, insightful feedback, and successful performance
- Must be willing/ able to travel up to 25%
- Conduct market research to ascertain needs of audience and adjust messaging across platforms accordingly
- Ensure KPI measurements are in place and accurately track campaign performance
- Direct the organization’s ongoing digital design and content, multimedia strategies and total communications messaging, consistent with brand vision
Qualifications
- Excellent writing, communication, and presenting/public speaking skills.
- Strong Emotional Intelligence and positive outlook needed
- Minimum 10 years of management experience in a nonprofit environment, major donor experience a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
