Lead our marketing planning and team through collaborating to set strategy, roadmap, methods and KPIs. Manage a small contractor team and spend about half of your time doing the work of a specialist.

You must already have a very strong understanding of the funnel, HubSpot 7/10, automation, and have run events and/or conferences in tech, business, and/or startup/entrepreneurship

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Manage our social media team, paid search, and demand gen tactics
• Integrate, driving cohesive cross-department communication and objective setting
• Drive marketing OKRs for each channel, determining the “leading” measures of impact so that later the key, lagging indicators of success are achieved
• Maintain and communicate reporting and analytics
• Manage the budget, team, and outreach calendar through solid project management (action items, EOS/IDS, or similar methods)
• Develop geographic strategies to drive our members’ chapter growth in specific cities in and outside of the US
• Co-develop marketing strategies, tactics, and metrics with our partners, sponsors, and members
• Content/SEO with organic search goals
• Execute current and new marketing initiatives
• Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team and FN management including:
• Set campaigns, including automation performance evaluation

Other Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience effectively leading marketing efforts and a team(s)
• The successful candidate will have an MBA or equivalent level of insight along with substantive work experience
• Complete the work in 40 hours a week, supporting a team primarily operating during US Pacific Time hours
• Experience managing Marketing for tech, SaaS companies
