Our new Texas workshop is seeking a Manufacturing Information Systems (IS) Lead, to join our thriving team and operations. As an integral member of the Information Systems and Technical (IS&T) team, reporting to the IS&;T Manager, the IS Lead is responsible for leading the transformation of Louis Vuitton Manufacturing ateliers by implementing the new industrial core model and managing the specificities of the process in the US. These duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide management status reporting, including communication to Leadership Team and Central IS&T
• Conduct frequent touch points with workshops & department heads to ensure application management service level agreements are being met
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Central office to manage application product roadmaps.
• Create and maintain project plans for new business project requests.
• Responsible for managing systems’ stability and evolutions of the LVUSM Manufacturing applications mainly on SAP.
• Will serve as the main Point of Contact for the IS&T department for all Manufacturing Applications.
• Coordinate and lead major Manufacturing SAP IS projects with Central (Headquarters), California, and Texas Manufacturing teams.
• Ensure that all SAP and IS applications within the LVUSM Production sites are functioning accurately.
• Partner closely with all Manufacturing Teams and Central to define and identify opportunities ensuring that the initiatives align with the global Louis Vuitton strategy.

Profile
Profile

• Agile project delivery experience.
• Experience in working with an offshore support team, a plus.
• Detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems or a business-related field with major focus in SAP.
• Experience with Manufacturing & industrial Supply Chain Applications (i.e. Centric PLM, Anaplan, Leather Goods Industry, Luxury Industry.
• Experience in project management fundamentals.
• 2 years of technical implementation of SAP FMS Solution and especially PP, WM, ME/MII modules.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects varying in complexity.
• Working knowledge of the IT infrastructure.
• Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
• Effective communicator, both oral and written, across all levels of the organization.
