We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Call Commission Based Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Pre-Call Sales Representative is to generate new business loan leads through outbound calls and email campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate loan products
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Initiate email campaigns to prospective clients
• Conduct outbound calls to potential business loan clients
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly and quarterly call targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with CRM software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
• Proven sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in business loans
• Results-oriented and able to meet sales targets
