TES is a leading technology solutions provider, dedicated to delivering comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) services to clients across various industries. Our IT solutions department specializes in managing, maintaining, supporting, and enhancing ERP applications, ensuring seamless integration of business processes from planning to implementation. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled IT Solutions Analyst to join our team and take a pivotal role in optimizing our aviation-specific ERP solution, Corridor.


Position Overview:


This on-site position will report to the IT Solutions Manager, and will function as the Salesforce Lead in IT Solutions and Continuous Improvement projects as well as hold responsibility for the Salesforce Org. The employee will also interface with all facets of the company and provide a key link between technology and business stakeholders.


Salesforce Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, & permissions
  • Maintain system documentation
  • Maintain and oversee data imports, exports, and migrations to maintain accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Partner with Data team
  • Stay current on the latest features, best practices, & releases
  • Maintain Data Integrity
  • Ensure proper performance, security, and usability of the platform
  • Collective data reviews, backups, validation, and collaboration
  • Customize and configure the org to align with our business processes


IT Solutions

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and/or help define their workflows, requirements, and problem statements
  • Create and Implement custom objects, fields, workflows, validations rules, etc to optimize workflow and procedures
  • Help the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to create a stronger efficiencies, productivity, and customer experience
  • Build and foster productive and positive relationships with users, stakeholders, partners, champions, etc
  • Salesforce Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting to support day-to-day actions and projects


User Support and Training

  • Ensure users have the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the platform
  • Salesforce point of contact for escalations in Salesforce from the Support Team
  • Create and assist in the development and change of training materials and user documentation
  • Champion adoption of Salesforce Best Practices
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement solutions to reported tickets



Qualifications

• 2+ Years of experience in Salesforce as an administrator or above

• 2+ years of experience in ERP

• Excellent understanding of Service Cloud

• Excellent understanding of B2B Salesforce sales processes

• Proficient in flow builder and process builder

• Proficient in configuring custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, assignment rules, record types, page layouts, email templates, etc

• Strong skills in Salesforce data management and migration best practices

• Highly effective problem-solving and analytical skills

• Highly effective two-way, open, and honest communication with technical and non-technical individuals and teams

• Agility to perform tasks on their own or as part of a team

• Salesforce Administrator Certification, preferred

• Bachelors degree, preferred
