  • Enter and maintain key metadata for all titles in PRH databases, and run weekly production meetings.
  • Set and enforce editorial production deadlines, working closely with both in-house staff and freelancers.
  • Manage approvals, rate requests, and queries with the clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Draft, track, and manage seasonal publishing schedules.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with FileMaker, SAP, InDesign and/or other project management software preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with a professional demeanor, be a reliable point of contact, and manage the tasks and schedules of others.
  • At least 3-4 years of managing editorial experience or project management experience in an adjacent field.
  • Proficiency at Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality amid juggling multiple projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
