Job Description
We are looking for a driven and energetic operations leader to manage our Palm Beach location, in the role of Manager of Operations at Sollis Health. This is a highly cross-functional role that will oversee all operations in their designated Center(s) and House Call divisions similar to running your own business, and work closely with the heads of many other departments. Strong leadership and exceptional organizational skills are critical, along with experience running medical clinics, physician practices, or hospital divisions. You will play an important role in supporting the VP of Operations in streamlining operations, workflows, measuring metrics and managing the operations team.
Responsibilities
  • Performs related duties as requested
  • Oversight of the Palm Beach medical center and house call operations operation to include front end and back end operations while enhancing existing processes and workflows to create a patient centric practice.
  • Tracks deficiencies and works collaboratively with various leaders such as the Medical Director, Nursing Lead and Lab Supervisor to ensure compliance and legal measures are met.
  • Ensure all information is accurately documented in our CRM and EHR as appropriate.
  • Oversees day-to-day facility management as well as ensuring their locations are clean, and properly sanitized, adhering to utmost standards and OSHA protocols.
  • Initiates processes and improvements as needed for both center and at home, communicating with leadership and staff on changes accordingly.
  • Partners with leadership as well as HR to hire staff that is not only a skill but culture match.
  • Partner with Sollis' Customer Service team for staff development and ensuring team members are trained in The Sollis Way curriculum.
  • Ensure staff follows all policies and partners with HR for any disciplinary protocols.
  • Create and maintaining KPI reports related to set benchmarks including but not limited to, call volume, talk time, dropped calls, wait time and individual team member performance.
  • Continually seeking ways to improve patient, provider and staff engagement.
  • Routinely reviews management reporting data to ensure operations are performing to budget and identifies ways to improve efficiency.
  • Project work as required
  • Schedules staff appropriately across the medical center and at home staffing lines, ensuring staffing models are kept up to date, ensures full coverage is met and establishes monthly schedules for providers and staff.
  • Performs annual staff performance evaluations.
  • Oversees payroll in accordance with company policy and ensures timely and accurate completion, including daily reconciliation of timecards.
  • Act as a liaison between Sollis' Commercial, Membership, Medical, Operations, and Corporate leadership team as it relates to the responsibilities and actions within their departments.
  • Ensures quality measures are implemented and continually optimized for the medical center.
Experience:
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:
  • 5+ years experience managing physician practices, concierge physician group, medical department, or hospital service line.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Masters in Health Administration (MHA), Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or related degree, strongly preferred
  • Hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Have a passion for engineering a business, with a library of operational tools and resources from your previous experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional EQ - ability to listen to staff and act as their advocate when needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious personality type.
  • Lean Six Sigma training highly desirable
  • Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas.
  • Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently as if running your own business.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and process improvement skills. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once and manage urgent requests.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally among departments and teams.
