Manager Of Social Media

Crayola Flowers™, an exciting and unique licensed brand extension of Crayola®, is seeking a Manager of Social Media to lead our company’s social media strategy and execution. Individual will be responsible for creating and posting social media content, monitoring and analyzing social media metrics and trends, and engaging with the target audience. Person will collaborate with other team members, nonprofit partners and Crayola corporate to deliver effective and unique social media campaigns for brand development, product launches, and other events.

Some of the duties of the Manager of Social Media may include:

1. Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns.
2. Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.
3. Engage users with prompt responses, organize competitions, ask questions and cultivate relationships.
4. Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.
5. Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
6. Design, implement and manage social ad campaigns integrated into the company’s strategic marketing plans.
7. Hire and supervise talented creatives, including Freelance Writers and Graphic Designers, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.
8. Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.
9. Develop and institute efficient methods for approval of campaigns by all stakeholders.

Ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in a similar position and be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.

This position can be remote, East coast candidate preferred. Must be domestic (no international applications will be entertained).
