The Position

With a bird’s eye view of what’s happening on the ground, you’ll collaborate with other leaders to drive work onward, motivating and inspiring everyone to live and breathe the agency’s vision and values.

The team will look to you for guidance, and you’ll take pride in mentoring them to learn, develop and maximise their potential. You’ll also know when and how to have difficult conversations and make important decisions to keep your team moving forward.

With an eye fixed on growth, you’ll employ your entrepreneurial instincts to challenge the agency’s creative output wherever possible, generating new business and cutting-edge opportunities.

You will be a passionate advocate for verbal branding both internally and externally, proudly representing the craft to potential and actual clients. Someone with the skills to maintain and build momentum, you will seek out any opportunity to create a voice for yourself and the agency.

What We’re Looking For

Curious, innovative and multifaceted, you’ll be a talented Creative Director who has worked with diverse brands on complex projects and is able to balance multiple priorities with ease and efficiency.

You’ll have a proven track record of nurturing relationships with clients, taking a hands-on approach to working with brands that keeps them coming back for more.

Most importantly, we want someone who is passionate with the ability to lead, manage, inspire and empower, ready to solve even the most complex of challenges by using the strength of big ideas and the written word!
