Manager Of Marketing Account Management

Promote CLEAResult’s service lines, capabilities, or campaigns to existing clients and/or new clients in an effort to expand current relationship and continue to present innovation/value. Responsible for the end to end execution of all marketing projects, the Producer team is responsible for coordinating the process as well as the projects initiated by the Account Management team on behalf of marketing clients. Account Management owns the marketing client relationship in conjunction with the Program team, providing marketing strategy and analysis, while ensuring that client requests are fulfilled to optimize marketing budgets.

• Assist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goals.
• Managing a team of 2+ marketing account service professionals.
• Works with senior leaders to ensure that teams are functioning in alignment with marketing goals and strategy.
• Fosters client relationships and develop data-driven marketing strategies for a variety of clients and projects.
• Monitors customer satisfaction and intervene as necessary.

• Budget management experience
• Have client service skills
• Market and advertising experience
• Relationship Management experience
• Have the ability to define and write program relevant go-to-market strategy, plans, creative briefs and executional tactics in support of plan success metrics

• 2+ years of People Management experience
• 6-8+ years of Marketing experience
• BA in Marketing, Business, or other related field
