The Manager of Engagement Strategy & Digital Marketing will be responsible for the management and execution of engagement marketing activities across Workplace benefits (Voluntary benefits, Life Insurance, Absence & Disability) and Holistic Wellbeing Solutions. This individual will be involved in developing and driving an integrated strategic marketing plan that supports business objectives around growth and retention. The individual will work closely Marketing, Distribution, Creative, Product P&L, Technology, Operations, and Research & Insights to develop and implement a go-to market engagement plan to drive desired customer engagement experiences and enrollment outcomes.


Responsibilities include:


  • Expand and optimize digital Marketing Resource Portal efforts with additional deployments focused on pre-enrollment messaging, launch of paid social, post enrollment feedback email and lead generation.
  • Work closely with Director of Customer Engagement to drive engagement through data optimization, including collaboration across Onboarding, Product, Distribution, Technology and Operations leaders to establish practices and opportunities for data obtainment and enablement
  • Partner across team to develop scaled customer engagement packages across verticals leveraging behavioral economics, expanded data, with the ability to draw ongoing insights
  • Ability to execute on engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as an engagement liaison for BenTech partnership to drive product awareness and adoption and identify strategic engagement opportunities
  • Manage activation efforts for test pilot of Hybrid Benefits Engagement solutions including socialization, enrollment readiness, measurement, and rollout plan


Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will have Group Insurance background and strong strategic marketing experience with a proven track record of driving engagement through market differentiation. Other relevant qualifications are:


  • Ability to work independently to achieve objectives, seeking manager's input as needed
  • Demonstrated ability to build out a marketing plan with specific outcomes
  • Proven analytical and project management skills, with high attention to detail. Ability to handle volume and complex projects
  • Detailed knowledge of Group Insurance with understanding of the implementation, ongoing service, and renewal process
  • Proven digital, enrollment, or marketing experience in the voluntary/workplace benefits
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, story-telling and problem-solving skills, enabling the individual to build internal and external relationships, and collaborate with others to identify potential solutions and to think objectively
  • Bachelor's degree desired
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B2C marketing


This role is hybrid with onsite work 1-2 days per w in Newark, NJ.


Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $111,400.00 to $165,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
