Role Responsibilities

As Digital Strategy Director, you will be responsible for leading PARQA solutions and enhancing solutions sets to further solve enterprise-level business challenges. You will lead solutions with the support of subject matter experts in digital creative and technology to generate business solutions from branding and demand generation to in-depth experience programs or operational efficiency plans that leverage industry specific technologies. You will create solutions and prove measurable business impact.

As a working leader, you’ll lead by example by developing strategies for client challenges. You can expect to partner with the Client Services team, who has depth of knowledge of clients’ businesses and pain points, other strategic thinkers for synergistic ideation, a project management team that will drive progress and delivery, and a team of delivery strategists and specialists with a broad range and depth of expertise.

This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President of PARQA Marketing. This role includes accountability for and influence over all aspects of PARQA solutions.

Day-in-the-Life

In this role, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teammates in a shared resources agency model.
  • Actively participate in driving agency growth and success.
  • Develop marketing solutions that map to staffing and recruiting business metrics.
  • Provide thought leadership around integrated channel strategies, positioning PARQA as an expert both internally and externally.
  • Be a leading voice and advocate for client and agency success; supporting leadership peers and delivery team skill building in strategic thinking.
  • Lead the development and management of effective B2B and B2C digital marketing programs.
  • Be a great team player and coach, people want to work with and for you.
  • Deliver strategic oversight for delivery and measurement.
  • Be easy to work with and be a part of the positive and productive agency culture.
  • Provide peer review and strategic support to clients outside of your portfolio.
  • Lead client-facing presentations that communicate program strategy and rationale, tying back to business value, and build client trust.
  • Gain and employ in-depth knowledge of industry specific marketing technologies.
  • Lead development of agency solution set that drives business value for clients.

Role Fit

  • Understanding of marketing technologies and ability to translate strategy + content + tech into sophisticated business solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience developing comprehensive digital marketing solutions in an agency setting, including client-facing interaction with C-Suite.
  • In-depth understanding of branding, digital media, experience design and marketing automation solutions for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Capability to build a team and mentor direct and indirect reports.
  • High expectations and ability to drive speed to value for clients.
  • Mentorship capability with a goal of expanding solution development potential with agency talent.
  • An ability to set and deliver on expectations with internal team members and with clients.
  • Mastery-level business acumen and presentation polish; master storytelling
  • Pro-level skills for communicating complex messages simply and directly and matching multiple audiences with appropriate message and tone of voice.
