Build standard service level agreements (SLA) with program managers and drive consistent learning experiences across all programs, workshops and experiences

8+ years of professional experience leading and coaching a team of learning professionals

Experience delivering a high volume of learning experiences at scale

Strong management and coaching skills

Partners with training and higher education organizations to offer in-demand credentials that allow young adults to earn college credits

Technology Enablement: Oversee the implementation of durable skills coaching and support through technology enablement

Managing and supporting the program delivery team to effectively facilitate durable skills development and Fellow coaching

Manage a team that leverages technology to scale Propel’s model and support young adults in getting hired into upwardly mobile jobs

Defines the business requirements for program’s technology needs and collaborates with technology to implement new technology solutions to advance program delivery

Superior project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and functions.

Proven experience with managing the delivery of educational courses.

High proficiency in managing and utilizing learning technologies including learning management systems, exam delivery, and digital badging.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Education, Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience (3 or more years) managing a team with responsibility for business results.

Provide all required information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/semester/annual reports to CAMBA management and/or to funders.

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of applicable experience.

Must obtain and maintain Dept. of Education fingerprint clearance.

Communicate effectively with students, direct reporting staff, peers, supervisors, and funders.

Plan and organize program activities to maximize program contract's goals and performance targets.

Motivate, coach and counsel direct reporting staff to excel.

Offer training, coaching and mentoring to team members on project management best practices and agile concepts.

Experience in working effectively with multiple levels in an organizational all the way to the Senior Management Committees and Boards.

Lead and manage workstreams ensuring target state risk management objectives are achieved and deliver critical aspects of the Enterprise Risk transformation.

Initiate and execute best practice project management activities including workplan development and management, budgeting, status tracking and risk management.

Support the execution of all aspects of risk management policy and framework as needed.

Support consistency in applied practices of risk management across Risk categories promoting consistent measurement of risk.

Strong program management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills.

Proven coaching, developing and people management skills.

Project management skills and leading cross-functional teams.

Experience working in the technology industry & working remotely to HQ, as well as working across multiple global regions and cultures.
