Associate Delivery Manager Jobs

Location: Remote - Must work PST hours.

Pay: Up to $33/hour (DOE)

As an Associate Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the delivery of assets across all channels. You will partner with various internal and external vendor teams to identify the best work stream for the creation of the assets for each program. You will maintain consistent delivery processes through effective partnerships with production, operations, translations, and agency partners, and act as a subject matter expert to achieve volume efficiencies and speed to market.

As the owner of the Delivery Process, you will:

• Proactively manage production and delivery of assets and make efficiency recommendations.
• Drive consistency and quality across all areas.
• Track and maintain projects in each workstream and participate in related scaling exercises for the department.

In addition, you will:

• Partner with production and agencies to deliver and optimize creative assets to spec, on time, and on budget.
• Actively work with Program Managers, Channel Ops Teams, and Agencies on process optimization and integration of milestones and schedules into larger programs.
• Serve as the single point of contact to internal production teams, production vendors, translation partners, PM, and operations.
