THE JOB

Reporting to the Director of Influencer Marketing, this influencer, live event and pop-culture obsessed marketer will be responsible for helping manage creators and brand campaigns across multiple influencer based products associated with the Live Nation Influencer Network and the Last2Leave Creator House.

You will help plan and lead brand executions associated with the Last2Leave creator house and the Live Nation Influencer Network, and also aid with the execution of influencer based tour & venue marketing initiatives. You will also coordinate asset creation and communication between key internal Live Nation parties but also between team leadership, creators and external agencies, all with a goal of ensuring key business goals are met.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Setup and distribute tickets for events
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Work with the legal team to redline agreements
  • Work with paid media agencies to ensure campaigns are set up correctly with the appropriate targeting
  • Create case studies/wrap-reports
  • Plan and execute brand partnerships with talent. Route feedback and approvals
  • Assist in scheduling meetings & follow-ups
  • Manage project communication between internal and external teams, including internal brand managers, sales teams, creators, talent managers, artist managers and more
  • Be the point of contact for external partners such as brand sponsors
  • Remain knowledgeable & in-tune with the latest social media trends
  • Create and manage organizational documents for projects including work back schedules, content calendars, tracking and reporting
  • Book travel for creators
  • Provide screenshots & campaign performance updates as requested
  • Facilitate access to Live Nation and external events for creators
  • Process vendor invoices

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience leveraging Creator IQ or a similar influencer CRM/Discovery/Measurement tool
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications
  • 20% travel will be required for this role
  • Strong familiarity with social media marketing, specifically on TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat across a variety of ages and demographics
  • 3-4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Client Servicing roles
  • Ability to manage influencer talent on the ground and maintain professional composure
  • Understanding of the broader digital advertising and media buying landscape
