Marketing Internship Jobs

THE COLLECTION, South Florida’s foremost luxury automotive dealership, is seeking an Intern to assist with all Advertising, Public Relations and Experiential Event activities for its in-house Marketing Department. In addition to regular business hours, Interns must be open to working client events – nights and weekends included. This is a non-paid, credit-only internship. We are very flexible with students’ schedules and promote a professional, fun and friendly working environment. This internship qualifies for college credit hours.
Responsibilities:

• Online Reputation – replying to client reviews
• Car Displays
• Assisting with Community Relations campaigns and evaluating sponsorship requests on an ongoing basis
• Monitoring press clippings
• Local media list management
• Administrative tasks such as word processing, filing, copying, faxing, handling mail, meeting preparations, answering telephone, etc.
• YouTube Channel – audience building
• Elevate internal Facebook Group content and engagement
• In-house promotions
• Website(s) Management – ensuring all content is up to date and provides for a smooth user experience
• Assist in the company’s media relations efforts
• Assist Brand Manager with ongoing competitive analysis
• Social media – content development and audience building
• Sponsorships
• Provide assistance to the Director of Marketing and Communications with assigned tasks
• Assist in maintaining the dealership’s online presence across all eight luxury brands
• Assist in masterminding event concepts including, but not limited to:
• New model launches
• Provide assistance in editing/design of written collaterals

Requirements

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computers, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photo Shop and Windows software.
• Enrolled in an accredited University with field of study of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Event Planning.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Physical Requirements: Regularly required to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods, use hands to operate a keyboard and telephone, ability to stand/walk as required.
