Marketing Project Manager

Employment Type: Ongoing hybrid contract role- 40 hours per week.

Local candidates who can work at our Aventura offices are preferred.

Cruise / Travel industry marketing experience preferred.

You will be a project manager for Trade Marketing initiatives overseeing several projects. You will assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and maintain responsibility for determining and acquiring resources needed.

Projects can include collecting digital assets, managing an image library, and managing a creative asset portal for video, photography, animation, print design, graphics, and digital design.

Attend weekly traffic meetings with creative team managers to provide reports on the progress of active projects and prepare for upcoming projects, gather, analyze, and relay relevant data in weekly traffic meetings with creative managers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Analytics and Reporting
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing project management role, including leading, planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing creative projects
• Campaign project management
• Ability to be highly organized and process focused
• Local and able to commute to our location.
• Ability to prioritize a workload and manage a delivery team effectively
