Youth To The People is looking for a talented Manager of Advocacy & Influence to join our team! This role reports into the Director of A&I and will be responsible for managing our paid influencer campaigns and relationships. Community + relationships are the core of Youth To The People’s brand DNA and a key aspect of our growth, and thus this role will be an important addition to our team. The ideal candidate has experience managing, negotiating, and briefing paid talent for brand and launch campaigns, plus tracking and reporting on those partnerships. This role will demand a high level of organization and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reporting and tracking via Tribe Dynamics and Traackr.
• Work with the Social Team to field and review organic incoming community inquiries.
• Partner with coordinator and gifting manager on building and reviewing mailing lists to include key talent and prospective relationships.
• Keep a pulse on emerging and relevant talent the brand should partner with.
• Own prospecting and talent searching for all brand and launch campaigns.
• Manage all owned paid relationships, contracts, briefs, invoices + POs.
• Build briefs and work with external agencies to manage paid influencer campaigns.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Aesthetic eye and a keen understanding of social relevancy
• Understanding of data-driven influencer statistics
• Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• 3+ years working in paid partnerships in-house at a beauty brand or an agency
• Competency in Tribe and/or Traackr a plus

Salary Range
95-120k base + bonuses
