The Impactful Brand Experience (IBE) Manager for Home & Personal Care is responsible for collaborating with IBE subject matter experts, omni commerce teams, brand, finance and outside agency resources to drive strong media activations that help drive growth, brand distinctiveness and improve brand user experience along the consumer journey. Integral to the success of this position is a growth mindset and the ability to work through ambiguity with all levels and roles within the organization from brand to omni commerce to global to other teams, such as third-party vendors and creative agencies. This person will have a strong pulse on what’s new and trending in media with an ability to identify new areas of opportunity for the business.


What you will do


  • Inputs on internal sharing and customer presentations as needed
  • Be a champion of new ways of working, Colgate’s leadership principles and building strong relationships across all areas of the organization including being a resource to global marketing and divisions as needed.
  • Accountable for brand guideline development, evolution and socialization across the organization ensuring Optic White shows up consistently across all touchpoints.
  • Leads execution, measurement and optimization of key tactical plans including influencer, PR and social in partnership with our agencies and internal SMEs.
  • Serve as the IBE lead for the at-home-whitening go to market team, ensuring successful launch of all new innovation.
  • Lead content development across paid, earned and owned channels including website content, how-to resources, AR tool optimizations, etc including monitoring measurement and recommending and leading optimizations.
  • Lead support for key tentpole events such as Prime Day, Turkey 5, etc including working with internal Amazon lead and agency partners to deliver key assets i.e. lead up advertising, livestreams, etc.
  • Supports manager in IBE activation planning and execution process as needed from brief to execution.

Required Qualifications


  • Deep Channel, Customer, and Category Knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to contribute, influence and work effectively in a cross-functional matrixed organization
  • Analytically inclined with the ability to link seemingly disparate pieces of information
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in CPG, Sales, Shopper Marketing, eCom, Marketing or creative agency
  • Detail oriented, reliable, resourceful and driven for results
  • Travel: 10%
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to effectively present ideas and concepts to groups of varying levels internally and externally
  • Self-starter, independent thinker, action oriented, and passionate about brand/media/creative development
  • Solid project/program management skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize/work effectively under pressure
  • Curiosity, creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong strategic business acumen and marketing capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to handle ambiguity


Salary Range $112,000 - $164,850 USD


Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
