Job Summary
The Manager, Human Resources under the leadership of the Director, Human Resources, will support the process to provide business essential, cost effective, HR services to associates and business unit Leadership. The Manager, HR will support change initiatives within the organization leading to cultural transformation, manage assigned work group associate relations concerns, talent management in all areas of employment lifecycle, engagement, and compliance programs of affiliated companies and business unit, consult with, coach and counsel managers and associates regarding culture, talent assessment, processes, policies, proper business conduct, Provide cross functional support and leadership related to the business unit human capital strategy, leading to achievement of business unit plan goals.
Essential Functions
This position will not have direct reports and is responsible for the management, coordination, and evaluation of the HR processes in the assigned region. Responsibilities also include sponsoring, managing, coordinating, and supporting project and process improvement teams, and participating in and/or supporting project teams sponsored by other management team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, MBA preferred, plus five (5) to eight (8) years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis in associate relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day; and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is occasionally required to travel to other sites, including out-of-state, where applicable, for business.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While the job is generally performed in an office environment, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, areas in which moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals are present, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the office environment is typically quiet, but the associate may be occasionally exposed to loud noise levels.
Travel Required
Minimal travel is required for this position (up to 25% of the time and on a domestic basis).

Job Summary

Essential Functions
- Plans, facilitates, and participates in team meetings.
- Partners with talent acquisition team to ensure open positions are filled with the right talent for the organization, provides input to recruitment processes, and evaluates talent coming into organization.
- Develop and maintain systems for tracking and reporting such activities, provides user acceptance testing to ensure systems are properly aligned to business unit objectives.
- Consult with managers and provide guidance; coach managers regarding selection, retention, associate development, performance deficiencies, counseling, disciplinary issues, termination processes, investigations, and EEOC responses.
- Manage human resources measurements or key performance indicators (KPI’s), monitor performance, and initiate corrective actions to meet targets.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Develops, facilities, presents and participates in the development of trainings.
- Partners when appropriate with TFG Shared Service resources (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits) and Legal to streamline processes, implement change, and administer Human Resources services.
- Research and analyze data pertaining to HR processes and establish tracking medium for measurement and/or compliance.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement, and own the actions associated to drive improvement within the human resources team and business unit.
- Will support or coordinate the implementation of local compliance programs consistent with the values statement and rules framework of the affiliated Companies.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of all areas of employment law, to include but not limited to Title VII, ADAA and EEOC Laws to assist the business unit in reaching their business goals and maintaining compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Review and follow data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle consumer and customer data per applicable policies and procedures.
- Serves as a liaison and resource to managers, providing them with timely and informative metrics, current hiring and management approaches, and makes recommendations to meet compliance goals and minimize risk.
- Develop, document, gain approval and distribute policies and procedures, associate handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage assigned human capital strategic programs, to include but not limited to, performance management, policy acknowledgments, business continuity, recruiting and retention programs, and change management.

- Demonstrate ability to facilitate others, work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritize work. Well organized and able to work independently.
- Working knowledge of benefit programs and leave administration (e.g. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Education
- Demonstrate well rounded communication skills including excellent writing, presentation, discussion, interviewing, coaching, counseling and team interaction skills.
- Working knowledge and experience with human resources information systems is preferred (e.g. UKG, ICIMS)
