BMW Shared Services, LLC provides consultative HR support to BMW Group companies in the US including BMW of North America, LLC, BMW Group Designworks, Rolls Royce Motor Cars, NA and BMW Financial Services NA, LLC.
The HR Marketing and Recruiting Manager is responsible for development and implementation of external talent acquisition and marketing strategy in support of US vision to be “Employer of Choice.”
As the Manager, you are responsible for the development of overarching recruiting strategy, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new creative recruitment approaches while developing talent pools for anticipated future hiring needs. You will focus on brand awareness, reputation management, social engagement, and lead generation—attracting quality candidates in line with organizational needs to fill jobs faster and easier. You will support sourcing talent with the best qualifications, cultural fit in alignment with business needs. By collaborating and consulting with the Head of HR Management, HR Business Partners, and central partners, you will develop and recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates. You have a thorough understanding of the business, client needs, specific talent pools for key business competencies and the innovation necessary to execute an aggressive talent acquisition strategy.
As the Manager, you must have the competence to negotiate with social media partners, as well as the ability to develop talent focused social media presence, including interacting with candidates, active and passive, promoting brand focused interactive and engaging content, all while enhancing each candidate experience with BMW. You will be responsible for all Student and leadership development programs including sourcing processes for AcceleratiON, University partnerships, student pipeline and student staffing.
Lastly, you will be responsible for development and implementation of local concepts, processes, systems and tools for HR marketing as well as for external recruiting, based on the requirements of the served entities, aligned with the BMW Group wide framework provided by the governance functions and compliant with all local legal regulations.

Qualification:
Requirements:
- 7 years prior strategic talent acquisition development and implementation
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years digital and social marketing experience (in or out of HR)
- 5 years process or continuous improvement experience
- Advanced proficiency with social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, etc, deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies
