Marketing Communications Specialist, Far Niente Wine Estates

Our team is expanding to support our growing portfolio. The Marketing Communications Specialist coordinates the strategic and operational management of activities related to the conception, development, creation, organization, and implementation of marketing communications.
You will be successful in this role while performing these essential responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Wholesale Team to optimize FNWE’s position on the digital shelf by improving and maintaining brand content.
• Acquires, manages, and protects digital assets (including images, videos, copy). Provides them to internal and external teams in a proactive manner.
• Acts as primary contact for all social community conversations with social media agencies to ensure timely reaction to consumer comments & questions.
• Manages trafficking of all digital and print ads, including managing the timelines and releasing artwork to the media partners.
• Develops and maintains master Marketing Calendar that captures our media plans, social content calendars, email campaigns, product rollouts, and trade initiatives that support Marketing, Wholesale, and DTC.
• Track ROI to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Develops marketing reports using all incoming data and manages the collection and distribution of data & key insights.
• Collects and organizes all internal and external reporting relating to conversion and engagement efforts.
• Supports the creative team on their content plans by identifying missing or needed assets based upon the upcoming content calendar.
• Acts as primary contact for all social community conversations with social media agencies to ensure timely reactions to consumer comments & questions.
• Manages the content schedules led by outside vendors and acts as an internal liaison on these efforts across the broader marketing team.
• Coordinates with the marketing creative services team to obtain assets for campaigns, landing pages, print collateral, and other projects.
• Creates, edits, implements, and enhances communications and content, including website updates, social media posts, and digital advertisements, and collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners on digital marketing campaigns.

You will be qualified for this role if you met these requirements:

• Ability to stand and ascend and descend stairs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
• Previous 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or similar setting.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
