Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst. This position allows for telework to candidates who reside in Vermont, Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia area(s).


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
  • Generate reports and summaries for team member management and customer feedback and continual improvement
  • Provide project reporting and summaries for management.
  • Support and educate the Product Owner, Federal leads, and engineers, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Promote collaboration and learning, empowering teams to self-manage
  • Review team performance and deliverable quality
  • Collaborate with Engineers and other project managers to ensure successful delivery for OIT’s clients.
  • Serve as an Agile ambassador, educating leadership and teams on Agile/Scrum concepts, while supporting the transformation of the solution development methodology to Agile
  • Manage, organize, direct, and coordinate planning, execution, and communication of activities
  • Participate in and support client relationship management.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices, processes, and values across the teams.


Basic Qualifications


  • Must have strong critical thinking, complex problem solving, appropriate judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills required.
  • Experience leading Information Technology (IT) projects
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
  • Possess superior technical aptitude and effective written and verbal communications skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience supporting Government contracts
  • Experience with DevSecOps and Agile concepts


Security Clearance Requirements


  • Current DHS EOD highly preferred
  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain Public Trust and complete DHS Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability


Physical Requirements


  • Office work, typically sedentary with some movement around the office.


The projected compensation range for this position is $57,700-$65,000. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
