Work is full time during the weekdays, Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm with some overtime work. Work is performed on site with some travel.

Job Tasks:

• Performs the following duties as required: light maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, wet-washes, and vacuuming of floors.
• Repairs any mechanical failures or negative conditions.
• Performs safety check of residential facilities and turns in monthly report to Residential Manager (Administrator).
• Conducts inspections of wet pipe sprinkler systems and turns in monthly report to the Residential Manager (Administrator).
• Assists with disinfecting areas by scrubbing or spraying as needed. Follows infection control guidelines.
• Performs weekly vehicle checks, daily residential grounds checks, and ensures grounds are clear and free of debris.

Qualifications:

• COVID vaccination with booster (when eligible) required. Apply today!
• High school graduation or G.E.D. required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
