Job Description

Aspen Square Management is now hiring an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team at in Bluffton, SC with pay starting at $20-27/hr. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a dynamic team of skilled professionals.

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for:

  • Inspects apartments before and after move-ins and move-outs
  • Assists Supervisor regarding the overall maintenance function of the property
  • Responds to on-call pager when scheduled
  • Schedules, monitors and performs preventative maintenance and apartment turns
  • Responds promptly and accurately to work order requests from residents
  • Diagnosing problems and repairs in areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structure and appliances

Job Requirements:

  • Own tools & transportation
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • HVAC experience and EPA certification
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Carpentry, plumbing, & basic electrical skills
