Job Description
Summary


Responsible for performing a variety of janitorial or custodial tasks in order to maintain a clean and safe buildings and grounds. Also provides additional support to other Facility Maintenance staff as needed or assigned.


Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other tasks and duties may be required as directed.


  • Inventorying and tracking janitorial supply usage.
  • Ensure the interior and exterior of the building is properly policed of litter and maintained.
  • Must be able to operate in a normal machine shop factory environment, including exposure to machining oils and fluids, loud air hose noise, and exposure to sharp cutting tools, metal chips and burrs.
  • Ability to follow technical manual instructions and schematics.
  • Wipe down CNC equipment as needed to maintain clean and operational machinery.
  • Completes and assists with Janitorial checklist assignments.
  • Perform general facilities janitorial services.
  • Completes and assists with Equipment checklist assignments.
