Maintenance Jobs

Our maintenance and facility team are responsible for maintaining the entire facility including but not limited to, the entryway, kitchen, offices, outdoor deck, and lanais. Their role regularly requires completing projects to beautify the restaurant according to our branding guidelines. This includes refinishing tables, retiling floors, painting, sanding, etc. In addition, previous experience with plumbing or electrical systems is beneficial to being successful in this role and minor repair work may be required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proficient construction and maintenance knowledge

• 3-5 years’ work experience

• Strong work ethic

This job is physically strenuous and regularly requires the ability to:

• Bend, stoop, squat and stretch

• Stand and walk for up to 8 hours at a time,

• Lift up to 100 pounds including lifting items overhead, and transporting items up and down flights of stairs

• Work outside in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
