Job Description
Benton Harbor, MI
Onsite, Direct/Permanent
Summary: Your primary responsibility is to make sure that the equipment is safely operating and meets its intended use optimizing equipment up-time. The purpose of your role is to make scheduled and unscheduled repairs on all machines and related equipment used in manufacturing. You will directly report to the Maintenance Supervisor. Looking for qualified individuals that are looking to grow professionally to join the team on 1st shift, 2nd shift, or 3rd shift.
Required Qualifications
  • Several years of maintenance experience in a plastic injection molding manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or something similar.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, electrical repair, hydraulics, mechanical repair, and PLC.
You should be proficient in:
  • Proficient in Blueprint Reading
  • Proficient in Electrical Schematics
  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
  • Creating and Executing Preventive Maintenance Plans
  • Experience with Hydraulics
