Compensation: $20.00/hr to $25.00/hr depending on experience

Job Summary: Unit Turn Maintenance Technicians are responsible for demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, preparing apartment units for the next tenant ; performing electrical work, plumbing, drywall and conducting move-in/ move out inspections.
