• Set-up for meetings and events
• Package Deliveries
• Escorting contractors throughout building
• Routine inspections
• Learning & carrying out emergency response procedures
• Customer Service for residents/staff including basic repairs & assistance in apartments or offices.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
