Job Description

Provide outstanding service by maintaining the physical plant of the property. Day-to-day operation tasks include repairs and preventative maintenance based on Rosen Standards.

Minimum Requirements


This job requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Education/Experience: One year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
