Denny’s – Crew Leader

Our Denny’s franchise is hiring Crew Leaders to be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and the Crew to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities of the Crew Leader include, but are not limited to:

Motivates and leads fellow Crew Members to maintain enthusiastic customer service.

Ensure all orders are taken in a prompt, accurate and courteous manner.

Resolves customer complaints; Works to resolve issues that may arise within the restaurant.

Takes inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and quantity of supplies required to prevent shortages.

Follows the Company uniform and grooming standards and policies.

Learns team effectiveness skills; leads and works with others to achieve team goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to supervise, train and motivate Crew Members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good math and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Previous fast food experience is a plus.

Ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.

Must have reliable transportation.

Minimum Age Requirements 18.
