- Day-to-day operation tasks include repairs and preventative maintenance based on Rosen Standards
- Provide outstanding service by maintaining the physical plant of the property
Minimum Requirements
- Education/Experience: One year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50lbs
