Maine Program Manager Jobs

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, self-directed, and capable person to work with Trout Unlimited to lead a comprehensive program aimed at on-the-ground restoration and reconnection, policy, advocacy, and land protection efforts to benefit native salmonid species across Maine. Maine is unique amongst the lower 48 states because it contains the last remaining stronghold for intact native brook trout populations and is the only state that contains wild populations of Atlantic salmon and Arctic charr. The Program Manager will work with state and federal agencies, TU volunteers, and other partners to advance TU’s mission in Maine. Though not initially a supervisory position, it is expected to become one as the successful candidate will fundraise and build a team of conservation professionals in Maine.
