Job Description
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. One year of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Required to manage program staff to meet agency goals. Required to go through DSP/QIDP training according to Rule 115 & 116. Valid Illinois driver's license and ability to travel per needs of the Agency.

General Function: Manage assigned programs, and corresponding staff, in order to promote choice and maximize the independence and self-sufficiency of individuals with developmental disabilities in a healthy and safe environment.
