Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams internally and interact with customers. This individual will be given the opportunity to explore and work on sales and services divisions in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Both strategic and tactical action focus sales acumen
  • Facilitate communication between relevant teams
  • Ability to work and understand a modern workplace
  • Proven negotiation skills with proposals and contracts
  • Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base
  • Maintain and build a pipeline of new and existing client projects
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to perform demos and develop proposals
  • Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
  • Industry association membership including event and meeting attendance
  • Attend both virtual and face to face meetings with existing clients and prospects
  • Vendor conference event travel and attendance
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
  • Build productive and trusting relationships with clients
  • Research customer/prospect history, business, and pain points
  • Individual lead generation along with company generated marketing leads
  • Account Management to identify cross sell opportunities
  • Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for given company product initiatives


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or Marketing preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
