2hours of Overtime on Mondays & Tuesday’s

Pay Rate: $16.00 hr

We are seeking to fill our Mailroom Associate Sorter position located in Plano, TX. This is an ENTRY LEVEL FULL-TIME employment opportunity. The Mailroom Associate/Sorter will be responsible for daily operations in the corporate mail center mailroom. Within this role the ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. The associate will understand the full functioning and integration of working together to achieve company goals. a full-time position with great opportunities to grow within the company and take advantage of excellent benefits.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
• Open, receive, sort and review mail to prepare for scanning
• May require sitting and/ or standing for lengthy periods of time
• Separate and insert documents into envelops.
• Perform quality check to identify contents
• Follow mailroom security procedures and protocols.
• Identify document types in order to perform appropriate functions
• Remove staples from document and tape up document as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to pass basic background check
• Comfortable working with a lot paper
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Must be flexible with an excellent attitude
• Computer Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong Attendance and Punctuality
• Required to lift up to 30lbs
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately
